Sales Manager - Direct

  • Job Description:

  • Direct and oversee the company’s Direct sales function to identify and develop new customers for Company products and services with highest level of sense of urgency:
    1. Develop and qualifying new customers to manage & achieve sales growth goals.
    2. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
    3. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. Participate in the development of new project proposals.
    4. Work closely with marketing team on the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
    5 Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop two year and four year business plans for the company
    6. End to end Solution selling including – Corporate / Institutional accounts prospecting , presentations , proposal , business case , negotiations, and finalization
    7. Relationship management for business growth and satisfactory client servicing
    8. Knowledge of a robust database and prospect contacts would be an added advantage.
    9.Excellent Communication and Presentation skills necessary
  • Education/Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have a Science / Commerce / Management background with 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in Chanel sales Management especially in Wireless Devices, and Transaction Processing technology.

  • Desirable Experience:

  • Adapt to high growth, post start-up company, based in Gurgaon, India preferred background : Telecom , Banking , Insurance and FMCG
    •Hands on experience in translating customer requirements to achievable profitable results
    •Project Management experience, able to develop and manage high profile sales team
