Sales Manager - Indirect
Direct and oversee the company channel sales function to identify and develop new customers for Company products and services with highest level of sense of urgency:
1. Develop and qualifying new customers to manage & achieve sales growth goals.
2.Manage the Selection, qualification & Appointment of credible Channel partners both Distributors & Retailers
3.Channel sales Management for sales growth, commercial management pertaining to analysis of Investment verses ROI
4. Market Intelligence & competitor information as it relates to improving or aligning current Products & services in support of Growth goals
5. Knowledge of the Distributors database / contacts would be an added advantage
6. Work closely with marketing team on the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
7. Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop two year and four year business plans for the company
Candidate should have a graduate / Post graduate degree with 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in Channel sales especially in Wireless Devices, and Transaction Processing technology.
Adapt to high growth, post start-up company, based in Gurgaon, India preferred background : Telecom , Banking , Insurance and FMCG
