Craig oversees Telserra’s global operations, business strategy and investor relations.  He is accountable to Telserra’s customers, employees and shareholders.  Craig has over fifteen years of experience in public and private equity transactions, commercial finance and technology start-ups. In 1999 Craig founded Logistechs Inc., which in less than five years became the leading provider of spare part financing and management services in the commercial airline industry, using state of the art inventory optimization technology as a competitive advantage. Logistechs was widely recognized as the company to beat in this mission critical space and as a result was acquired by GE in 2004.  Craig continued to work as a senior executive with GE Commercial Finance until leaving in 2006.

Prior to GE/Logistechs, Craig held senior management positions at KPMG Consulting, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and Holland Chemical International. Working with Ryder at General Motors, he helped lead one of the largest JIT Supply Chain transformations in US automaker history, receiving Ryder’s President’s award in recognition of his efforts.  Mr. Ballard is recognized as a thought leader in supply chain and asset management, and has a proven track record of successfully commercializing groundbreaking technologies in a variety of applications. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.  He also serves on the board of directors of Iamota Inc., a leading mobile applications service provider.

Troy is responsible for Telserra’s global operations including product development, implementation, and bottom line results. 

Prior to joining Telserra, Troy led global operations for an Aircraft Component Management division of GE Commercial Finance.  A former Army pilot and graduate of West Point, he served in various global military assignments before embarking on a career in the private sector.  Prior to joining GE, Troy held senior management positions in flight operations, materials, and finance at Mesa Air Group (NASDAQ: MESA) and served as a commercial pilot for Northwest Airlines.

Troy brings a proven track record of managing complex and dynamic operations where technology and mission critical operations intersect.  His leadership skills and unwavering focus on excellence in execution are key assets for Telserra and its shareholders. 

Niji is responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for Telserra India with emphasis on Prepaid Services including electronic recharge of cellular airtime. Niji brings over 17 years of experience in the IT and telecom industry, including senior sales and marketing positions at Informatics, Essar Telecom, Nokia, and most recently at Oxigen where she was head of Corporate Sales and Relationship Management. Niji has a wealth of knolwedge and hands-on experience in the Indian cellular market and offers our clients exceptional expertise in both understanding their unique needs and delivering cost effective solutions. Niji has a BCom (Hons) from Punjab University.

Pat oversees all aspects of Telserra’s operations in Latin America, focusing heavily on project management and terminal deployment for new clients. 

Prior to Telserra, Pat held several executive positions in Operations and Industrial Engineering at UPS.  Pat has been responsible for operations planning, technology program rollouts, logistics, and operation improvement activities with UPS and many of their major customers.

Pat has a B.S. Degree from Auburn University and M.B.A. Degree from Bellevue University.

Pawan oversees business development and operations in India.  He is ultimately responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations in the region. 

Prior to Telserra, Pawan served as Country Manager in India for Delta Electronics – a US$4.2bln company with several product lines for the IT, telecom, automotive and entertainment industries and Ascom - one of the largest Swiss telecom equipment and service automation companies. 

Pawan has a BE, Electronics from the University Of Pune, India and an MBA, Telecom Management from Deakin University, Australia.

Vivek heads up Telserra’s engineering group which includes hardware and software research and development, design and development of transaction processing systems.

Vivek has over 10 years of experience in the design and development of embedded systems using C, C++, RTOS, VxWorks, Linux, Microcontrollers, DSPs, communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, TCP/IP, Mifare, etc and enterprise-wide B2C and B2B applications using J2EE, J2ME, Oracle, MS SQL, My SQL, multi-tier technologies. Before this Vivek was working with HCL Perot Systems as a systems developer.

Vivek has a B.S. degree in Engineering.

Ashish is responsible for Telserra’s global manufacturing operations, ensuring we deliver high quality mobile POS devices on time and on budget. 

Ashish has over 20 years of experience in the telecom, power solutions, instrumentation and EMS industries. Prior to Telserra, Ashish was a Senior Technical Manager at Delta Energy Systems.

Ashish has a B.S. Degree in Electronics & Communication and M.B.A. Degree from Symbiosis Institute, Pune India.
