01.04.06 Telserra names new Managing Director in India
Pawan brings in rich & diverse experience of over 15+ years in Business and P&L Management. He has served earlier as Country Manager for Delta Electronics in India (Delta Electronics is 4.2 billion USD company with several product lines for IT / Telecom / Automotive and Entertainment Industry) and Ascom India (Ascom is one of the largest Swiss Telecom Equipment and Service Automation Company). He was also the SBU head for ISDN CPE with Ascom India, was also an International Business Head with Ascom. His core experience comes from Business Management and P&L management for the company. His innovations and strategies had helped the company in successfully penetrating Indian, Asian, Gulf and few other Markets, attaining largest market share for several product lines within a very short span.
He is an engineer by profession and Management Degree in Marketing from Deakin University – Australia. He has also taken several Management Development trainings including one by IMD Lusanne Switzerland on Global Competitiveness to lead workforce in the current economic scenario.
He strongly advocates the essential principles of proactive management in the face of new market realities and has passion for excellence in whatever one does.
