How is life different?
Today, when a customer wants to purchase a lottery ticket, they typically pay cash for a paper ticket. Sometimes they provide their own number selection, and sometimes the numbers are provided by the lottery. In either scenario, with Telserra’s solution, the customer tells the retailer which lottery he wants to play or how many tickets he wants to purchase. Using Telserra’s handheld terminal, the customer can select their numbers and receive a printed receipt as evidence of their purchase. Each terminal can support up to 25 different games, providing customers with the utmost in convenience and flexibility.
